CANCELLATION ,NO SHOW & OFF-HOURS POLICY

     Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement appointment cancellation and no show policy.

     Appointments are high in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

     At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay 50% deposit that will be credited towards your treatment/s. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call least 72 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 72 hours of notice will  require you to pay the cancellation fee which is 50% of your treatment price. If you arrive 15 mins late for your appointment, it is considered as a NO SHOW and you will be charged the cancellation fee. 

      There will be a $20 convenience fee on top of the regular treatment price for off-hours appointments during weekdays and $30 on a weekend. This fee is applied to compensate the service provider for inconvenience or extra expenses associated with accommodating appointments during off-hours. 

PACKAGES ,MEMBERSHIPS POLICY & GIFT CERTIFICATES

    • Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be considered as a missed session and will be deducted from your package and membership.

    • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a forfeited session without a refund or rescheduling privileges.

    • If you arrived late, your session will end at the scheduled time to honor the next client.

    • If you are more than 15 mins late, the appointment may be considered a No-Show and will be deducted from your package/membership.

    • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In such cases, we may make a one-time courtesy exception per package/membership term.

    • Sessions not used within the month do not roll-over unless otherwise stated in your specific membership agreement.

    • Regular attendance ensures best results and helps maintain a balanced wellness routine

    • All prepaid packages must be used within their designed validity period, which begins on the date of the purchase.

    • Gift Certificates are Non- Transferrable and Non-Refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Valid only for 1 year after date of purchase. Missed appointments or cancellations without 72 hours prior notice will result in forfeiture of the gift certificate. 

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

     Treatments especially massage are all performed with proper draping. Any sexual act, remarks or advancement will not be tolerated and will also result to the termination of the service. Inconvenience fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged and might result to the full payment of the treatment

Events. If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, company, phone number, or email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, we (or a third-party payment processor acting on our behalf) may collect your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information.

Job Applications. If you apply for a job with us, we may collect relevant information such as your name, phone number, email address, position, job history, education history, references, a cover letter, and other similar information.

SURCHARGE POLICY

       At Body In Balance Therapy, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and service. To continue upholding the quality and standards of our practice, a surcharge or convenience fee will now be applied to all electronic and card transactions, effective immediately. 

      This fee helps offset the administrative and processing costs associated with digital payments. We encourage clients to inquire about alternative payment methods if they wish to avoid this charge.
